Gangjing Seonsaengmyo and Sindobi (Tomb and Monument of Gang Jing)

Gang Jing was an official and calligrapher of the Joseon Period. His pen name was Shimjae. In 1504, he suggested that the king refrain form hunting and was exiled. In 1506, he opposed the transfer of Bokseam temple and was imprisoned. He was released in 1521 and went to the Ming Dynasty. He is praised as a great calligrapher of the time. His tomb is in Yangsang-dong, Ansan.
